If something arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days, and we’ll sort it out ASAP. Our management team will review each case and decide if you get a credit or a replacement. Remember, replacements are only for defective items. We’ll choose the best compensation option for each situation.
Credits last for 90 days and come as a one-time-use coupon code. If you don’t use the full amount, the rest is void – no new codes for leftover balances.
We ship everything using a secure and trackable method. In the rare event your package goes missing or arrives damaged, we’ll work with the courier to make it right, whether that means a replacement, credit, or refund.
